A brass box which has a removable hinged metal lid, and displays pyramidal openwork decoration at the top. On the back there are two fixed flat rings for hanging on a belt; the front and the side rims display decoration with embossed plant ornaments. The case serves to store firecrackers for shooting with muzzleloader weapons – of the flintlock and capsule types.
